For residential deliveries in the USA, if no one is available to receive the package, courier agents may leave it at the doorstep without signature confirmation, so please ensure someone is available at the expected delivery time. On delivery, check the package carefully. If the actual weight differs from the airway bill weight, or if any package is torn or tampered with, obtain a written note from the courier representative for further action.
Snehal Creation is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the courier during transit, and cannot be held liable for delays, transit damage or delivery failures caused by third-party courier services. Once the package is received and acknowledged by the customer, it is considered delivered in good condition, and no claims will be entertained thereafter.
Any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the payment made to Snehal Creation, and the courier company may bill them separately at the time of delivery.
