To start a return, contact our support team and share clear digital images of the defective product for review. Once the return is approved, send the product back to our office in Malad West, Mumbai, India. After we receive the returned product, we will either refund the product amount or replace the product, based on availability.
Snehal Creation is not responsible for any damage, stains or defects caused during shipping or transit by the courier company. Unfortunately, products damaged in transit cannot be returned or exchanged, as we do not have control over shipping conditions once the order is dispatched.
